A second official or unofficial partner cannot operate in the same territory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Unofficial partners are not permitted to promote, advertise, or sell GT-Innovation products using our brand name publicly or on social media.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Official partners are not allowed to sell, copy, replicate, or reverse engineer our products<\/strong> for distribution or exchange with third-party tuners.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Unofficial partners are not allowed to sell GT-Innovation software as an online file service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Clone devices are not supported<\/strong>, and we will not provide support for systems using cloned hardware.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n As a company, GT-Innovation reserves the right to protect its intellectual property, calibrations, and proprietary functions.
