This Vw polo is using the me7.5 engine management system so it is something very very well known to us.<\/p>\n<p>Our Version is the 150ps and 220nm one with the small k03 turbocharger. This particular vehicle has 225.000km on the clock and a gas\/lpg system too so we analyzed the car much more than we do in normal low mileage cars that are coming to us for a tuning and hear is what we found:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2288\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/3-1024x577.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/3-1024x577.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/3-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/3-768x433.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/3.jpg 1277w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>While analyzing the car we saw that in some cases lambda control was going off to + 10% so we immediately figured out that fueling is not as it should be so in case of tuning this will become worst.<\/p>\n<p>As you have already seen the original stock dyno-graph below is horrible with spikes all over the chart indicating that things are not as they should even when we switch to lpg.<\/p>\n<p>Our first move was to remove the sound module pipe on the front of the engine which was damaged (membrane was damaged) and replace the old fuel pump with a dw65 direct bolt on from detschwerks.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/polo1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2286\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/polo1-1024x575.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"371\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/polo1-1024x575.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/polo1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/polo1-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.gt-innovation.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/polo1.jpg 1922w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>after that we applied our stage 1 + software using some race functions like launch control and flat shift.
